off the shoulder and boatneck tops always get a double glance from me.
i think the shoulders are a sexy part of the body which is why i actually think women should pay close attention to this area when gently exfoliating during the shower.
sugar scrubs work wonders to keep you body soft and your shoulders should be soft.
a great way to rock an off the shoulder shirt is just like this fly chick with jeans and some vintage boots.
skinny jeans work best but also, flare leg jeans would work well to give you more of a retro vibe.
