last week, in my review of essence’s hot hair issue, i mentioned my disappointment that essence sited a dominican salon as a great place to get your hair done with no counter to the additional dangers that come along with such a visit. i was surprised that no where in the blurb did they even have a side note about how hazardous dominican salons can be to relaxed and pressed hair alike.
