Fall is has come and as it’s going we are looking forward to winter. I hope it won’t be that bad for you becuase here in Canada it can get pretty cold! If you live in North America, one thing is very clear – you will need a few jackets, trenches and coats in your wardrobe during the winter. Wearing the same old black, grey and navy coats over and over again can get pretty boring, so I am going to share a few African designer jackets, trenches and coats you can rock to add a little sizzle to your wardrobe. We have all heard the term “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” While this is a great model to live by, we live in the real world. Before you can get close enough to see a person’s eye color, we are already being judged.

it’s not often you think of taking a talon or claw and wrapping it around your finger. that is unless it looks like this pretty, gold wrapped claw ring. it features a wrapped claw design with open ends and an adjustable length, in a patterned, gold-tone finish. and if you are worried about it fading, it’s 100% brass so houston we are good to go!

We’ve been getting ‘bent’ for a minute now—treating out tresses to bentonite clay and all of its benefits (check this post out for the full deets). For this third mix of the ‘Get Bent’ series I’m gonna keep the party going, but slow the record down a smidge. Not only do these bars cleanse without stripping, they also cut through the chaos of This Thing Called Life with calming green tea and scalp-soothing ginger.

To get your full Zen on you’ll need the following: [click to continue…]

“I don’t really have alopecia.
I’m just lazy.”

i thought i was going to die laughing at this psa. it’s so funny and so true! poorly applied lacefronts really do no justice to the wearer.

i think one of the main things that give lacefronts a bad wrap is the overwhelming desire to show off to everyone how real they are – how they actually are “one’s real hair” – by pulling back the hair at the hairline, placing the wig into high ponytails and showing off how long the “baby hairs” are by [click to continue…]
