mini twists are undoubtedly a very pretty hair style. though i normally shy away from styles that take me longer than an hour to do, i’m inclined to believe that i have it in me to muster up the courage to put in my own mini twists.
despite their charm, having pretty, little ropes of twisted curls hang down around your face all day can get a little old after a few days. since shaving your head is just not an option to change things up, and would be très impulsive, gathering your mini twists up into a cute and voluminous braided bun is a much better option without the permanency or insta regret.
this tutorial is easy and straight forward which will help take the edge off if you are a little afraid of wearing your own mini twists. as a style that can easily be left in for a few weeks, giving you a break from daily manipulation and lending more time to your morning routine, we are fans of the mini twists, less the time it takes to put them in. though in the end, the results and voluminous styling options makes the results well worth it.

Love Whitney’s hair! Love your site!
I have so much difficulty with my hair and have trouble curling it. I love the curly hair look, and would really like if someone could give me some tips on how to gain the perfect curl. I visit a new salon every week and have so much trouble finding satisfaction. If anyone could help me out that would be great!
Twist-outs, Bantu Knot Outs, Flexi-Rod Sets, Curlformer Sets. Any of these combined with a little Eco Styler Gel will work wonders. Make sure not overdo it (and that your hair is soaking wet) when adding your gel.
