vashite took to her blog to talk about her photo shoot with hassan kinley that is slated for release this december and i could not help but notice her fly enkala boots. i’d peeped them recently and actually though that this were…well, not cute, but it’s obvious that the enkala is a monet boot – it plays tricks on you until you see it close up.

fashion editors are raving about the enkala boots and their fashion-forward combination of a clog platform, western-inspired buckle detailing and a high-cut suede upper. and now i can see why all the raves. the combination of the clog and the boot works – the same thing that threw me off when i initially saw this boot – i now realize this combination is quite fab.

i’m loving how vashite paired these boots with shorts and a v-neck shirt. another option would be skinny jeans or a ruffled skirt. there are so many ways to wear this boot.

you can pair these enkala boots with ruffles add a touch of edginess to your outfit if you dare. you could pair them with a ruffled skirt and top it off with a chunky sweater and a wide belt and brush finished jewelry.
