goodbye winter and hello spring. i’m a little early, yes, as the official first day of spring is not until the 20th. i have a whole seven days to wait patiently as i bid adieu to winter layers, extra warm coffees and shearling lined boots and hello to full on floral patterns, pastels and shorts that show off in just the right way how hard i’ve been working on my legs.
a change in the season can bring on excitement as if it’s a first time experience. thought it comes at the same time every year, it’s always surprising and exciting to live – like a rite of passage in fashion and beauty. and during this rite, as i pack up my winter pieces for a few months, i also have to whip out my spring makeup bag and stuff my purse with my faves.
